We are a couple based in Burton On Trent that have decided to set up a business so that we can base it around our children and school hours etc.

We sell everything from prints to cake toppers, jewellery to vinyl labels, there really is something for every one.

RESIN PRODUCTS

All resin items are hand poured using the finest resin. They are hand made to order so each item/pair is completely unique. Although every effort is made to make each item/pair look completely identical these is sometimes very difficult.

PRINT INFORMATION

All prints are A4 unless stated otherwise.

Please note - white card/matte printed items always look duller than glossy prints do.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our turn around time is always stated at the top of the home page, this will be updated on a regular basis.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY

All orders are sent by royal mail second class tracked

Postage price is a set rate of £3.00.

ORDER NOT ARRIVED

If you have not received your order within 14 days of getting the dispatch email then please get in touch by emailing kscreations1@hotmail.com stating your name and order number.

ITEMS MISSING OR DAMAGED

Please send an email to kscreations1@hotmail.com stating your name and order number along with the problem and we will work quickly to rectify it.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged.

PERSONALISATION

Please ensure that all spelling is correct for the personalisation, once your order has been made up this cannot be corrected.
